Responsibilities
Designation: Tele Caller
The main objective is to achieve sales targets by reaching out to customers.
- Calling on leads/database for given projects.
- Contacting potential customers on phone, by mail, and in person.
- Provide all the information related to the project.
- Handling customer questions and inquiries.
- Coordinating site visits with customers.
- Meeting/presentation with prospective clients
- Convincing customers to visit the site.
- Convincing customers to invest in the project.
- Meeting daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets for site visits and sales.
- Prepare reports as per formats.
- Participate in the sales meeting
Skills:
- The candidate must possess excellent communication skills.
- He/She must be fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi. (At least two languages)
- He/She must have good interpersonal skills.
- He/She must be a team player.
- He/She must have good persuasive and convincing skills.
